The Native Women’s Centre of Hamilton accepts student placements from college and university programs such as: social work, social sciences, nursing, food preparation, nutrition, administration, fundraising, marketing, and media studies.
The Native Women’s Centre have received placements from: Mc Master University, Mohawk College, Western University, Seneca College, First Nations Techinical Institute and Niagara College.
We welcome discussion from students attending other colleges, universities and technical institutions.
We have been able to offer employment experience to summer students through our partnerships with NPAAMB, and G.R.E.A.T.’s Summer Experience Program offered through the Ministry of Ontario.
